Average food, Good service and setting
We had high expectations given that its part of the Fortune Landmark chain and Times of India has listed it as the best Punjabi food (as its earlier re-incarnation called Khyber).
It failed to live up to the high hopes, except in the price which is very high for what it is.
The food is very average indeed - Nothing to shout and dance about - The usual Punjabi fare. However the service was pretty good and the staff did all it could to make our visit pleasurable.
It is on the 9th floor and has some good views of the city but they havent used the setting as much as they could have.
I know Friday evenings arent the busiest nights, but just 3 tables full says the story. For the high exorbitant price, it doesnt deliver accordingly.
Disappointing - I would go to Curries anytime for expensive Punjabi food which tastes expensive too and is worth the money.
Give Earthen Oven a miss unless you want a nice view of the town
One of the best restaurants in Ahmedabad
I had been to this restaurant last month...
Elite group of people sitting around
Price : appropiate as per the quality n quanity of food.
We ordered for one indian main course & chapaties, which was good enough for three of us &and thebill was approximately 600/-.
Will surely go time n again..
Class Apart !
What an experience, with an ambience & delicious food!!!
I would rate Khyber as one of the best Indian restaurants in Ahmedabad at present serving veg & non veg food..
No matter its expensive but one wouldnt mind paying such a price for a classy restaurant.
A prefect place to take your girl friend out for dinner.
