Excellent food and value for money
I went there with few friends on 4th Dec. Food quality was really good and for the first time I had authentic mixed veg in Bangalore. Non veg is wonderful too. They need to improve upon the service time and make servers need to be professional. Overall, food is excellent and this is what matters most. Ambiance is good as well.
serves mostly punjabi, bengali and a smattering of chinese. the food is mostly cooked in mustard oil which really enhances the taste and the smoky flavor. we tried the tandoori chicken, mutton seekh - very tasty. a couple of gravies - rich and tasty as well. the highlight was the daal fish - bengali speciality. can't wait to try a few other bengali dishes. service is very polite courteous. extremely reasonable place - good value for money.
3 starters + 2 gravies + daal fish + rotis and lassis came to Rs 800. insanely reasonable.
