Amazing pork in Bangalore! must visit. It's Coorgi style. Pork at it's best! It has a classic dosa place ambience so don't expect too much decoration and things of that sort. The place is clean though and the service is friendly since it's a small place. The food is extremely hygienic so don't worry about falling sick. Apart from pork the rest of the dishes are not great, but average, so if it's pork you're looking for it's a must visit. It's an old place been around for many years without many people knowing about it cos it's an old style place with dedicated followers. But I believe that should change! Pork Patronage :-)
Getting down to the food- A meal for 2 would cost you around 350-400. That's after ordering a lot of dishes. The highest priced delicacy is Rs. 85/-(Pork Speacial fry- It's a pungent dish so may not suit everyone) so you can order a great deal of variety. Order 3 starters with the Akki Roti and a main curry dish. try out the Phandi(pork curry) ginger pork curry. The garlic pork is pungent so may not suit everyone's taste buds. Among starters order anything and you'll love it! They all are good.
You also get Fatless pork so it caters to those who are relatively health conscious as well. Check it out and be the judge yourself.

Coorg Pavilion Restaurant
lot to improve
Had been to Coorg Pavillion RT Nagar on 18th September 2010. Its small place which can accommodate 20 people. Ambience is fine but there is room for improvement. Service has lot to improve - waiting for menu 10 minutes, take away response time - 40 minutes. Food tastes authentic coorgi and its cheap. Restaurant management needs to relook at how they can keep the customers happy by a faster turnaround time. I found the customers fighting with waiters for their orders.
