A Bad Expierence
We had a bday party but the girls in our group wanted to go home early so settled for this place seeing all the reviews . here is what irritated me
FYI - we went on weekday, Thursday
1) We entered we saw we were the only customer in the whole restaurant , when asked for the AC lounge they said we cant sit there as AC is not working properly . What crap
2) i tried to order some indian starters , they did not have any of them from the menu whatever i order they said not available i closed the menu and asked the waiter "you tell me whats there "
3) this part really turned us off , we saw at least 7 rats running in the restaurant one after one then we stopped looking at it as i did not want to ruin my friends bday party
4) Lastly the food was good but maybe it didnt taste well because of all this turn offs
The space and location is impeccable but we felt its underused and if you are going on weekdays you feel you are alone
I would love to have a good restaurant in my vicinity , i urge the management to look into issues what i said . If you dont have any solution for the rats im ready to be your pied piper
I went here for dinner. The ambiance was nice, the waiters very courteous. Its a mix of north indian and chinese cuisines. We had a veg kabab started, kadai paneer with some naan and biryani. Overall good food, nothing to complain about. One curry can serve two people. A nice laid back place with a great ambiance. There is no other restaurant with this ambiance and experience, in this part of the city.
Went on a first date here. The restaurant is on the 4th floor but they dont seem to have sign indicating that.
The food was great, and I would personally recommend "Dal Makhani". It was simply brilliant.
The restaurant has a nice ambience and is not crowded. The waiters and the staff are friendly and eager to serve you.
They could do with some more choices of dessert. But barring that and the lack of a signboard, its a great place to eat.
Dropped in at Indulge by accident and had a wonderful evening. I never planned to go to a restaurant that evening but stopped by to have a bite in Mc D. But this restaurant caught my eyes though it was in the fourth floor. Initially felt uncomfortable in reaching the 4th floor. But the ambience of the restaurant and the bar set the tone for the evening
Wow an awesome place with a beautiful view of the city, the Zodiac bar was a nice place to hang around during the world cup season, sipping a favorite cocktail.
The beverage menu has an extensive collection of my favorite cocktails which was moderately priced. I ordered for a caipiroska with a cocktail snack which was suggested by the manager. The Sev ki Tikki had a wonderful twist to the traditional bhara kabab. My friend ordered a reshmi kabab which made me remember my old days alongside best chefs in Taj. The meat was cooked to perfection with a fresh tangy salad and mint sauce. Thanks for the recommendations from the boys in the bar and the manager .
The service was casual and friendly in the bar and was comfortable to spend my time there watching the match and never had a chance to go the fine dining or the roof top restaurant. I was delighted when I knew that dinner was served in the bar as combo meals, where most for the bar dont serve dinner or even light meal. I was happy not to miss the match which was screened on a large screen. Had a yummy combo meal as a main course to finish with. Overall the experience was wonderful and would strongly recommend to my family and friends circle. Hope to be there on world cup finals ..cheers ..:)
Being a Teetotaler and a vegetarian, I must say that Indulge is among the best restaurants (serving both Veg and Non-Veg) in Bengaluru that serves quality Veg food. The price tag is nominal for such a quality restaurant in that locality. The ambiance is great; the interiors are neat and clean and most importantly, air does not retain the odor of non-vegetarian food. The quality of the crowd is also very good so I can take my family along without any second thoughts. I personally liked the Red lighting ambiance in the main Restaurant area. The staff are polite and they have a decent service time (For a newbie restaurant, they fare good). Table layout is good and you dont get to eavesdrop on your neighboring table!! In the open-air area, you get an awesome view of the Bengaluru Skyline. So this is definitely recommended if you are on a romantic dinner. If you are with a guys-only group, then Zodaic is a very happening place.
On the food:
I have ALWAYS ordered the Dal Makhani and Rice whenever I have visited Indulge. Their mocktails are very refreshing. I have tried most of the vegetarian dishes and each one them tasted true to their names.
The elevator which takes you to the top floor can handle only 3 (medium sized) persons. So on a weekend or other occasions, the wait to get to the top could be longer.
Since the location is very close to Havanur circle, it could get a bit noisy on heavy traffic days.
I strongly recommend visiting this place.
I enjoyed myself
As a person who enjoys dining out a lot, I have tried various places in Bangalore. The food at this place in awesome. I'm a real foodie, and quantity as well as quality play a big role for me.
I'm not really that into cocktails, but the two that I had (regret to say I can't remember the names) felt really refreshing. The Dal Makhni at this restaurant is to die for, and is easily the best I have tasted anywhere in Bangalore. I have ordered it every time that I've been there. The food, overall is quite tasty and sumptious, and the standards are quite well-maintained in terms of quality of food.
Regarding the service, the three times I've been there have all been different experiences.
The first time I was there, the service was average. The second time was really really good, but the most recent - Valentine's day - the less said the better. However, I must say that this restaurant is like a breath of fresh air in the locality, and I can't think of any place comparable in the surroundings.
I also happened to spend New Year's Eve partying at Zodiac Bar, and it ROCKED!!!
Although getting a seat took time, everything from there on was wonderful. The outdoor and indoor seating choice lets you select the ambiance you need and I selected the indoor as I though the outdoor was a little noisy for my taste( although had to forego an excellent view of Bangalore from the outdoor). The red surroundings inside the indoor seating allowed for a romantic setting.
The menu was quite rich and everything I ordered was prepared to perfection. I liked the fact that though I ordered from different parts of the menu the taste of multiple cuisines did not clash and every bite was a delight. I wanted a bigger selection of deserts than was on offer.
Barring some delayed service issues which I hope they will fix soon, it was a wonderful experience. The burn in the pocket was nothing beyond expectation but for me there is only value for food and not taste. Strongly recommend a visit.
i dropped in to this place on Christmas for lunch and tried the special buffet and was pretty impressed with the quality and variety of food present. The waiters were courteous. Food was great. The only thin that did not impress me was the Santa who did not quite look like one. lol..

Thank you very much for those words of encouragement. We hope to receive your continued patronage & thank you for business. We have noted the Santa Claus point & a more concerted effort shall be made to be more authentic in every possible way.

Average food, poor service
I had a get-together with friends and wanted to go to a decent place. Chose Indulge as this was closeby. We were very disappointed from start to finish. We felt very unwelcome from start to finish, the waiters were extremely indifferent and could not care less. Food was ok a bit too spicy and lacking in flavour. There is a serious lack of customer service in this place and I will not visit this place again.

We deeply regret the experience you have had at Indulge. Since we are a start up firm, kindly excuse the same as a one off event. Kindly re-visit so that we may set right the mistake committed. I shall intimate Mr Terence (GM) about your feedback & would be very pleased if you indeed decide to give us another shot.
Awesome food - gud service!
We searched a lot restaurants in Bangalore burrp and shortlisted few which we liked and wanted to visit, but all the comments let us down! So we decided to visit Indulge which had no reviews. We thought we cud visit and be the first one to review this one! Well, a young restaurant (4 months old) on the fourth floor (above McDonald's Basaveshwar Nagar) has a lot of things going for it. It has a great view from the fourth floor, nice ambiance and good attentive service was just fantastic.. What about Food?!! Slurp! Burrp!! It's just yummy...Lots of choices in Indian, European and Chinese authentic cuisines and Thai starters, Non veg and vegetarian (Thai) simply put were tasty...Good selection of alcoholic drinks, cocktails from the bar section. The mocktails for teetotalers like me were mouthwatering!... Not too costly either compared to some other renowned restaurants! It's all worth the money.
We went for lunch with family and by the looks (and by what we discussed with the staff) I guess dinner and night life with Bar, Roof Garden, DJ, superb view etc would be a great experience.
We would like to visit again (at night of course)!! Only problem is there's no parking at all for the customers in the building.
