Three Quarter Chinese now offers a new wow buffet that blends cuisines from different parts of Asia, such as Chinese, Thai and Indian. The restaurant has one of the biggest show kitchens in Bangalore and has live tandoor, live shawarma, live grilled chicken, live tawa (Kheema Pav, Pav Bhaji), live appam and live dim sum counters. The buffet includes two varieties of soups with international breads and condiments, a salad counter with 12 kinds of vegetarian and non-vegetarian salads, 12 types of vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters, 10 vegetarian and non-vegetarian main course dishes, street-style chaat counter and 15 kinds of desserts. Some of the delicacies on the menu include Slow Cooked Wings in spicy Thai basil sauce, Stir Fried Prawn in Chinese parsley sauce, Shredded Chicken in Thai red curry, Crispy Chicken in Hunan sauce, Chicken in Cantonese sauce, Nihari Gosht, Gosht Dum ki Biryani, Diwani Handi, Hara Bhara Kebab and Gilafi Kebab. The dessert section has a chocolate foun tain with a variety of toppings, Walnut Brownies, Baked Yoghurt, Anjeer Halwa, hot Jalebi and different flavours of ice creams.
