Savoury Sea Shell Reviews

I visited the hotel on 07/2013 at Pondy bazar branch. I never experienced such pathetic food in my life. I ordered few dishes like soup ,grilled chicken, chicken 65, mixed veg curry, naan , fried rice etc. The grilled chicken was at least two days old and I could see black spots, bad smell and old taste. Instead of giving soup, they first served themain dish. Chicken 65 was burned and we felt like vomiting after having this dish. We couldn't take a single piece. We had to stop our food and rush out from the hotel. Also the service was terrible. At last, for the payment, I swiped my card (bill amount+ tip amount) and after seeing the debit card statement, was shocked to know that they have charged Rs. 200 extra from my card. This is mere cheating, and they know many people(like me) swipe the card, and check the statements after reaching home. I would suggest people not to chose this restaurant for food, and if you are choosing, please keep aside the foreseen hospital charges too(because you are going to get a food poison after having food).

Savoury on Greams Road

This review is for their branch on Greams Road.
Location wise: As you enter from apollo side, it will come on the right side.
Parking is on the road!
They are famous for ARABIAN, GRILLED CHICKEN and bbq chicken.
I frequent this place and the dishes all have nice 'savoury' taste with good smell!
The offer reasonable pricing and I usually order shawarma.
Recently interiors were redone and is better suited to dine-in now.
