Kingdom of dreams is a place to be if you want to spend quality time. It is divided into two parts culture gully and theatre.
I visited last week and was quite impressed with the ambience . It was of international standard. It had stalls from various cities serving their local cousine. The prices are on high side but were authentic. But nothing spectacular .
Their main attraction is their theatre show. It was truly divine. I watched zangoora. It was simply awesome but ticket prices are quite expensive.
A must visit place.
One of the best food courts . Slightly over priced but what the heck . Food is excellent ..try Lucknow's kebab , Bombay vada paav , Kolkata's cheeni/Bengali cuisine, Delhi's chaat/Cholle Bhatture , Hyderabaadi biryan's . And all of them were as authentic as one could get in NCR .
Kingdom of dreams: Special offers
I saw the zangoora once, It was an experience in itself.
They dont run any deals with the local tourist centers or any special deal on any website like spandael or dealzvan, my dala etc...
wanted 2 buy a bulk deal for my team, but there was really no discount at the time...
I must say it was worth the price
A must to visit; a hard to frequent place
We Indians love tamasha. KOD delivers! The hulchul of culture gully and the drama of nautanki mahal together work together to make this place a must visit. The entertainment at the nautanki mahal is always of a consistently high quality. I watched both zangoora as well as harary and enjoyed both the shows. It is a great feeling to be sitting in a hall with the cool and reassuring grip of a beer in the hand!
An air conditioned open air experience (figure that one out!) , The Culture gully offers a variety of Indian street food experiences. The chettinad food stall is very good and overall the quality of food is great. Since this is more an experience than a restaurant or pub, one tends not to end up there too often.
If you havent been or have guests to entertain, just head there.
