Average food & bad service
We went to 4seasons for team lunch, the lounge was totaly filled with enormous variety of food which was eye catching but the taste was not so great. I tried few non veg starters - chicken was good , fish starter was not good, i liked biriyani in the main course, desserts were not good.
Ambiance is average not that much great. Cool air from centralized a/c was not evenly distributing, Manager bought a table fan on request but it was moved to other table after sometime. It was dam hot weather outside, so we had to have our buffet in sweat & humidity. Service is also average.
We had been there on Friday and it was crowded. Good hospitality & reasonable cost.
Great Starters and Awesome Biriyani
I love the starters at 4 Seasons, and that's the reason I go there. My favourite starter is Nizam Sahi Kabab, which is the juiciest chicken kabab I have had. The place also has a good spread in main course, including a delicious Arabic biriyani called Khabsa Laham.
king of biryaani
a restaurant is known for its food and .. 4 season scores on that front
4 seasons has star food items with its unique Lebanese line of dishes on the offering .. its the sister branch of the main towli chowki one which is exceptionally huge ..sadly this restaurant needs to go to a better place as this place looks very crampy and badly designed
the restaurant is known for its biryaani , be it veg , chicken , mutton or its lebanese khabsha laham .. which i doubt u will get anywhere in whole of hyderabad
its simply awesome .
otherwise food is above average .. and has a lot to offer
on the other hand the staff is okay .. ambience okay , washrooms stinky ,long waiting lines with waiting areas also really small , the complex elevator stinks and i once had experience of glasses and plates also having smell which i had to get it replaced ... food a lot of time takes in time and the buffet being very ordinary ..
nevertheless the positives are a lot more compared to the negatives ...
its a must place to have biryaani and lebanese food ..
my rating : 4 stars
No Parking, bad food and bad service
Forget valet parking, this place does not have proper parking space. The security guards outside the building does not allow the car inside. After crossing this hurdle, near buffet there wont be any staff or even if there are they are not courteous, no service at all.
Very bad haleem
This year I and my wife were on a haleem-spree -- tried almost all the joints that was featured in the ToI's best haleem list (of top 20). Tried this place too for haleem as it is very nearer to my home, and surprised by the quality!!! The haleem was watery with no taste absolutely!!!!!
N.B.: This review is only for the haleem and for nothing else.
discourteous staff, poor service extremely poor
I went with my wife and 8 months old kid. It took 10 minutes just for someone to come and offer a table, although there was no waiting. It took 30 minutes to get the food we had ordered . Also, I went down to check something in my car after the dinner was nearly over, it took me around 10 minutes to come back. In the meantime, the waiter came and told my wife "you have to empty the table"!!!
We had not ordered the dessert, my wife was alone with the kid, but the uncouth behavior of the staff was extremely disturbing. I haven't ever heard a waiter asking the patrons to "empty" the table as somebody else is waiting.
Needless to say we didn't have dessert & left without giving a tip.
Worst experience ever, would suggest you think twice before going to 4 seasons.
Bad food, aweful service, indifferent staff
Waited 40 min after placing order, was told to wait another 10 min as our order went to some other table. Few minutes later, the waiter dumped everything from starters to main course in one go. The adraki chicken had its bones red with blood(!). The garlic nans got cold meanwhile.Told waiter about nan, he got them microwaved ? The re-heated nans were barely chewable. The excuse provided by the manager: Sir, sundays are like that. Overall a pathetic experience.
Great food, though bit overpriced
I and my wife went there almost 6 month's back. The restaurant has nice decor, comfortable sitting places and large sitting areas for groups. One pain point is, no valet parking, you need to park on the road and of course, there are already cars parked there.
The food tasted good, and the portions were more than enough for 2. Service is prompt and quick-- food comes within 5 minutes of order.
Nice decor, as I mentioned already.
Price is bit more over here. Probably a 20% slashing down of the price would do great for the place.
Service- 4.5/5 (but it is bad that for fine-dining restaurant, they don't have)
Price (Value for money)- 2.5/5
