Right Place to Have a Great Evening!

My wife and I went to this place on Saturday with a couple friend of ours. I had been here a year or so back and it was time to come back!

This is a rooftop restaurant with open views from three sides. This means that the place is super airy with great ambience. To add to the enjoyment, there is a guitarist who plays awesome tracks.

The food itself is good. We started our order with beers and minestrone soups (no overlap here). Both were good (hic). Next, we ordered cheese balls which were good too. They were crisp and, well, cheesy as they should be. After this, we ordered dal makhni and stuffed kulchas. Dal makhni was decent, though not the best that Hyderabad has to offer.

All in all, we had lots of fun.

A must go on a breezy evening !

Been here more than a couple of times. Lovely place with good food and live music :)
You should go for a dinner on a breezy evening. You 'll love it !

The only negative - Very less space- too crowded.

Pleasant location at night !

Coco's - located opposite Kasu Bramhananda Reddy (KBR) National park, it is a very pleasant location especially during night you get the cool breeze from the park. I had been here only once and my experience was good and I am planning to be here sometime soon.

The interiors are simple with cane furniture and dim lights. Only problem is the mosquitoes, they are also part of the restaurant; they greet you even before the steward come to take the order, hahaaaa.....

They have a limited grill menu. We ordered chicken (Breast of Chicken) and lamb (Minced Lamb Steak) grills, dishes were well marinated, juicy and succulent which are very aromatic, flavoursome and tangy. The dishes did not disappoint me and complemented well with the drinks we had.

Tables are clean and the service was quick. Rest rooms are well maintained. Parking is not an issue. Ambiance is just fine. Pricing does not pinch you pocket (Excluding Drinks) on par with other joints in that area.

Ambiance 3.5/5
Food Quantity 4.5/5
Food Quality 4/5
Pricing 4/5

Good Ambience & Music

Went to this place for the first time along with a group of friends. I would like to say the ambience of the place is quite lively, amazing music played. The food is OK and the service is really bad. It took literally half n hr for the staff to get me a drink. We ordered cheese balls, Masala Peanuts they were nice. The portions served is quite good. If the place just picks in terms of service., Then, this place is really awesome.

What is Service Charge in billing??

Coco's is looting customers with 5% service charges on every bill (which is illegal according to government norms) which customer should pay if he is satisfied with the service provided.

awesome ambience

the best place to hang out with a large group, i wouldnt suggest this place for couple's.......

Try to go only on weekends or holidays

Coco's is an evergreen place I could say... I had last gone here almost around an year back on new year's eve before going again recently sometime back... - The reason why I didn't go for so long and most people often don't know or miss out on this place is because nobody explicitly discusses about it taking it for granted so to say....

The time to go here is definitely in the night and preferably if its a moonlit night... - The terrace looks awesome. With some nice live singer to set the tone.

There have been occasions where I have heard feedback from friends that the singers have not been all that good or the food was not as expected. But thankfully I have never faced any of that yet.

I generally order the Lasagna here which I find pretty awesome! A drink in hand usually goes well too. I personally have never had issues with consistency in food taste here with the same taste being retained across all my visits. But like I said I have had friends I know who came back later and gave me negative reviews on the food too... - so consistency is in some sense still a question mark...

It's a very relaxing sort of place. A very nice place to take your special someone along if you like me catch the place with it's best foot forward...

(Just ensure you do this and go on one of those days when things rarely go wrong..., with the waiting staff and management really prepared, like weekend nights or on special festival nights!)

Food: 6/10
Ambience: 6/10
Service: 5/10
Cost: 1500/- for 2.

A crowded place with very good food

1. Food is good. Served in handsome portions.
2. A warm ambiance.
3. Live music is enjoyable.
4. People are seated very close. Were disturbed by the conversations in adjoining tables.

Gud place to swap stories of the day with frenz..

Been there for 1st time after hearing from frenz. I loved this place & will go again. Waiters don't bother you too much; music is not that loud; which makes the ambient perfect for long chat with frenz. Food is great too. We tried Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Cordon Bleu & Lamb Minced steak. All of them good & Lamb minced steak too good.

Coco's is the place that I've made my "local". Al fresco dining, great food, reasonably priced alcohol, laid back atmosphere and live acoustic rock (Krishna, who plays Wednesday's and Saturday nights is exceptionally talented. Reserve in advance on most weeknights and definitely on weekends.

Awesome. Great ambiance, good food and courteous waiting staff. Live performances adds the extra zing. But the best part is choices of cocktails and hookas offered.

Nice place to de-stress

Nice place to hang out with friends in the night.... love the live music, the hookah... the ambiance is also very well done and service is great... food is nothing extraordinary but u won't be disappointed, little on the expensive side but worth every penny....

Very impressive

These people know what they are doing. They know what they are and they offer you exactly what they promise. It is a place where you go after work and have a few drinks with your buds. A neighborhood hang out joint.

The wait staff is attentive, they have a lot of Hyd appetisers to choose from and all kinds of alchohol. They will not serve you mind blowing cocktails, so just keep to basics - rum, whisky, beer - you get it. Stick to Hyd food like chciken 65, peanut masala and just chill.

They do have live acts - not phenomenal, but entertaining. I recommend this as your next happy hour joint.
