Since this restaurant has opened up I am a regular to it because of the great food and ambience and had been recommending it to many of my acquaintances. But during a visit last Sunday everything is changed, very few food items from the menu were available and we received a very poor service. The waiter poured the next drink over the unfinished one without permission and I waited for 20 minutes to get a finger bowl. When we requested to meet the manager he didnt turn up and sent another guy (some captain) to talk to us and we received the reason as We were not expecting the rush. Common you guys were not expecting rush on a Sunday! Not even we but guests at other tables also complained the same.

overall we had a wonderful experience. The interiors were marvellous. space is utilized very well. i really appreciate the service provided. i wanted directions to come and whoever took that call walked me throught the entire rajbhavan area step by step. meaningm they did not assume that i was a localite.
very explicit instructions and landmarks were given. then i spoke with someone in the restaurant to book a table. they propmtly did so. We were celebrating a friends b'day. i ordered the cake and it was ready in 30mins.
as requested, our wiater maintained complete secrecy about it and when he actually brought the cake, it was a surprise. i appreciate the attentiveness of all the staff.
the way they greet you and also show you around was awesome. the pool was closed, other wise i wud've spent an entire day there. it was a visual treat! i plan to get back there as frequently as possible!
Fusion of Food!
Who would have thought you could have a Khubani creme crulee or a Aloo vepudu crostini? Verandah at the park offers dinners the unique experience of a fusion food. The eatery offers an extensive international menu consisting of pizzas, pastas, risottos and other European grill specialities as well as Indian fare of rotis, curries and hyderabadi biriyani.
The baked fillet of John dory is perfect for all seafood aficianados with roasted baby potatoes , spiced shirmps and a touch of Andhra gongura cream.Lagan ke kebab, Tagliatelle with mushroom and cream sauce is a must try.
Make sure you leave some space for desserts as this is the restaurant's forte.
It also offers a lunch buffet priced modestly at Rs1250+ taxes and its worth every paisa!
truly 5 star
the first thing i like about The Park- is the building itself... standing there tall and massive- it sure looks very impressive. i simply loved the interiors, the infinty pool, the decor- kalamkari and local art used in the lobby and rooms- the whole hotel has this very imposing stature...
the staff is courteous- helped us order right(we dint waste any food) , recommending some of their signature dishes which were undoubetdly good. the guava jambutini was good so was the kashmiri dum aloo and panner tikka. i also ordered some dessert( i forget the name) which was also very nice...
all in all i loved the place... it is expensive -yes- but worth it for a relaxing dinner with loved ones :
the only minus point is that the though the building is huge and can be seen from different locations, one is clueless about the entrance as such since it does not have a signboard yet.. in my case i had first gone there from necklace road and came bk all the way to rajbhavan road - a trip that can totally be avoided!!
