Skip the usual Maharashtrian fare for a Punjabi food festival by Chef Gupta and Chef Ingle who bring the north to Pune this week. There will be a live-counter serving typical snacks and a dinner table with a mouthwatering spread for all. Meat lovers can try the Achari Mutton, Saag Meat and Machli Amritsari with tandoori kulchas or naans. Vegetarians can try the famed Sarson ka Saag, Pindi Channa and Dal Makhani. Don’t forget to try the Gajar ka Halwa and Phirni to fulfill your craving. .

Do you feel like going for a live-performance this week? Hard Rock Cafe is hosting Lambada and Manoj Pandya who are going to be playing their original songs to a lively crowd. Pandya's Pune based band Lambada has Reshma Pandya and Josh on Lead Vocals, Mahesh Nimbalkar on the drums, Rana on the vocals and rhythm guitar. They will be playing Classic Rock, Fusion, their own genre 'Boundless Infinity' and Bollywood too. Get ready for a night of headbanging and some really good music.

Always wanted to learn how to draw? Art2Day Gallery is organising a five-week workshop by painter Milind Mulick for all art enthusiasts. The workshop will focus on the basics of acrylic painting. Among many things, Mulick will be training people to look at the usage of lines, better drawing, textures and colours to paint and develop their interest in art. You can begin the workshop anytime before 31st

Head over to the Arc Asia restaurant for a short-film festival by budding short-filmmakers and a poetry recitation from poets. Funds raised from the event, will be used to help orphans. The film festival is organised by Think Mental Corporation in an attempt to promote upcoming filmmakers as well as provide entertainment to people who like watching short films.
