Asado- The Cocktail Street, before visiting this place I had a preconceived notion that this place would have kickass cocktails and average food but I am glad I was correct about the cocktails and wrong about the food.
We had the following cocktails-
Rum Barrel- A cocktail made with 3 types of rum and oranges, served in a barrel shaped container. It is basically for 4 people and it was superb
Hyde & Seek- A whisky based cocktail with rosemary. I simply loved its presentation as well as the taste
Sangria Barcelona- I am a huge Sangria fan and I loved it here as well. It was just perfect
For food we had-
Truffle Mushroom Soup- HEAVENLY. Must must must have
Chicken quinoa salad- The presentation was spot on and I personally liked this one
Garlic parmesan fries- Again, a must have. Crispy parmesan fries served with wasabi and mayonnaise
Bean & Cheese Quesadilla- I found it a little dry
BBQ Chicken Flat Bread- Basically , BBQ chicken pizza. The chicken tasted so good and the size of the pizza was also huge
Tex Mex Potato Skin- Delicious. Potato skin with topping and some in-house made sauces
Chicken Tacos- They were good. The chicken stuffing was nice and juicy
And finally the dessert
Tres Leches cake- Amazing. One of the signature dishes of Asado and it was extremely tasty
They have some really nice Mexican dishes and plenty of variety of cocktails to choose from. The interiors of Asado are amazing. They have a projector to show the live sports matches. I went there on a weekday and the music was insane. The service was very prompt and the staff was nice. I want to visit this place once again on a weekend spl saturday night.
Thanks to Mr. Ravi and the entire staff of Asado for the awesome evening.
