To start with, this place serves you unlimited starters + main course + desserts.
We had been here for the first time and the kind of hospitality served flattered us.
When we told them it was our first time, they explained us everything right from how starters would be served on a grill which we could have it till we have had enough of it and then there was self-serve / buffet main course and desserts.
The starters were too good with a variety of options to choose from: pineapple, paneer tikka, mushroom, and vegetables under veg. starters and chicken, basa fish, mutton, prawns under non-veg starters. All of us being seafood fans relished on the basa fish and prawns. They were really good and fresh. The service was prompt, with all of them happily serving us with unlimited starters asking us what would we like to have every time before putting our requested food on the grill.
At one moment, we finally decided that there won't be enough space in our stomach to taste the main course and so conveyed the same. The grill was taken off and we went for the main course. We had two options for soup: one veg. & one non-veg. The main course was also extensive with shahi paneer & bhindi fry in veg. and crab, meat, chicken and fish curries in the non-veg. Then there were Hakka noodles, veg. manchurian, fish in schezwan sauce, fried rice and chicken dum biryani, which was just amazing.
The desserts consisted of phirni, vanilla & strawberry ice cream and chocolate pastries. Overall, the desserts was the weakest section with less choices, but it didn't matter because we were already full with the amazing starters and main course.
Add to that, we were also served a full caramel-topped cake with 'Welcome to BBQ Nation' written over it. We loved the gesture and definitely won our hearts.
With 650 rs. per person for non-veg (as we came before 7.30 pm. After 7.30 pm, the rate is 750 rs.), I must say the experience was amazing and definitely worth every penny of what we paid.
On the downside, we only felt the lack of a drink within the price we pay. Ofcourse, we can purchase it by paying extra. Also, there were limited options in the desserts.
All in all, an amazing place to hang around with your family or friends. The place is always bustling with activity and is perfectly located at 5 mins. from Vashi on Palm beach road. Definitely worth visiting, and yes, don't forget to book your table in advance.
