I had been to this place many times and had liked their chicken gravies. But recently i tried their Bhuna Ghost as suggested by the old pleasant waiter. The mutton in this dish was soft and not chewy. It was boneless and spicy. As usual the butter rotis had butter flowing on them and their kababs were juicy and tender. AC section is cramped and noisy. But the Non-AC Section was spacious, airy and surprisingly not noisy except the vehicular noise. Looking forward to try their Methi Chicken (as suggested by the same old pleasant waiter). Overall Nice place to have good tandoori dishes !!!
Going to Cafe Alfa has always been a trip down memory lane. Be it the Sweet Lime soda served to you with a bottle of Dukes on your table, or the amazingly awesome Naans and Butter Rotis! We had the Bheja Masala which was simply outstanding, a couple of Butter Naans, A Butter Chicken, A Butter roti, and packed the leftovers and walked out happily with a small damage of 376 bucks only! Love it! I recommend the Mutton Biryani here too!! Avoid sitting upstairs since even though its AC its still too crowded and hardly any place to sit!!
