Culinary sophistication and openness to new eating experiences is wat defines Farzi Cafe fr me.. D fusion cusine is usually based on 2 elements, Nature and Harmony, and Farzi does justice to both of them..
First the MUST HAVE'S here,
Raj kachori, brilliant, i have had this dish so many tyms but farzi gave me a new perspective for d same.. Super presentation..
Palak paneer quesadillas, totally nailed it.. This dish had me drooling over it..
Tandoori margherita kulcha again a superb innovation, tasted yummm, hit my taste buds at d rite place..
Asparagus and waterchestnut kurma wid coconut appam, wat a thought, osm.. Very flavourful, just couldnt stop eating..
Spaghetti aglio olio with tamatar ka kut, when wildly divergent cooking traditions of different continents combine, sometimes results can b astonishing.. Try it, to believe it.. Just superb..
Pyaz ki kachori, Makai methi tikki burger, Churma n dal (mindblowing dal), Tandoori paneer tikka (yummilicious), Green curry paneer tikka, were few other lip-smacking delicacies..
Very few places serve super food wid super osm cocktails.. And Farzi is d place..
MUST TRY ALL...
Farzi apple foamintini (stole my heart), Bottle ka Gin, Aam papad (totally wicked), Vodka curry mango chutney (try it to believe it, wat combinations), Chai-pani (delicious), Three Muskeetear (u just cant miss this one), Chuski Margarita (amazing flavour).
And d show stopper.. Liit (they nailed it)..
And to end it wid a bang..
RAS MALAI TRES LECHES cultural diversity at its best, d taste is still lingering on my tongue..
D palette cleanser, mishti doi and khandvi sorbet r killer, hats off to d chef..
