It's a square cut!
This is a very family orientated restaurant although it verges on being a little antiseptic. The atmosphere inside is rather "clean" and a little impersonal. However, to balance this the food is great and the service is prompt. As with many Indian restaurants around India, the staff are overtly subservient and don't really "sell" the best virtues of the restaurant or themselves but it's something that is eclipsed by the diversity of the food. The other nice touch is a children's play room which is supervised by a nanny and has plenty of toys for kids to play with. It's a good thing for families as they can leave their already hyper active kids in there and dine in peace!
A cricket lover's heaven!
Great memorabilia all around-a bat signed by the Indian cricket team, rare autographs of cricketing legends.Loved the attention to detail- the salt and pepper shaker is designed in the form of wickets, the coasters have cricketing facts printed on them..the service is prompt and the menu is eclectic. The indian menu is a safer bet than their continental dishes. They have a kids room with a slide and toys which makes it a haven for parents who would like a quiet evening with the kids not too far away from them. Children can be served their meals in the kids room as well which is what happens quite often when they cant be separated from the slide. All in all, a great evening out.
