My review is on the basis of one week worth of interaction and food with the people at health kitchen. Their food is good, tasty, healthy and their service is even better. The counselor Snehalata came to my home for discussion on allergies, preferences, lifestyle, diet plan etc. (She was genuinely interested to know her prospective client's preferences). Since then their food, service and communication has been excellent. Please don't expect superlatively exotic tastes, since they do not use excessive fattening or unhealthy material. Which makes the food, simple (yet tasty) and leaves you full and light after the sumptuous meal. They are value for money, though can be a little expensive. If I take dinner for one person everyday for a month (mix of vegetarian, chicken and fish meals) then it'll cost my pocket about 5000 rupees. Definitely worth it if you can afford it. I would highly recommend this small establishment. They seem very serious about their business and though are tiffin-wallahs, their food and service is synonymous with professional hospitality standards.
Its been a great experience, not only tasty food but also the service behind it. These guys are really professional and stand up to their promises of making it a personalized service. from diet counseling to menu planning and a regular follow up about me liking the food and improvement in my fitness goal. Highly recommended.
