i dont know how to start and what to say.thanks to westin for giving this joint-kangan to this suburbs. We came to westin last week with some of our friends.Though we faced bit difficulty to locate this hotel and taxi driver were revolving around one mall as we stay at bristol,UK.Finally we reached to westin and then kangan on 18th floor and what happened after that was worth everything.I would definately recommend this restaurant, my experience definately lived up to the expectations.Evening started with starters. starters presentation is just spot on, creative, neat and all indian look and bursting with flavours. Our maincourse was a treat with balanced flavors along with the best veg. tasting saag dish and black dal. service staff was active, friendly, courtesy at its best especially sagar who is diamond in westin ring.I have never ever seen someone so confident yet promising.Since it was busy night.People were keep coming and going but service was flawless. The most important thing were that in entire restaurant all the wait staff were conscientious and making sure that ALL IS WELL. Overall, a winning formula kangan in westin.
It's overpriced, the food is bland and it is majorly dissappointing.i also felt that the whole staff was snooty, they came across as cold and very non-verbal. although the ambience was pretty great,it does not, and cannot compensate for food, which was blasphemous to say the least. In all, a very pathetic experience which was topped with a very avoidable billing error, which turned us off to no end. seriously people,go find yourselves a cheap dhaba, where your taste buds can atleast have their moneys worth. never go to this place,it's is COSTLY as shit, and completely not worth it. big NO guys.
