The Sunday Brunch at Lotus Cafe will serve as a perfect opportunity for families to come together for a lavish gourmet dining experience that will recharge you for the week ahead. The brunch will feature a wide array of local and international cuisines including an assortment of live stations, live croissant baking, artisanal cheeses, exclusive chocolate pralines, fruit flambes and molecular gastronomy sorbets.
The Sunday Brunch will offer food right from Norwegian Salmon, Darne, and Halibut Scampi at the Seafood station to the New Zealand Lamb Chop, Sirloin and Foie Gra at the Grill Station. Crystal Prawn Dumpling, Veg Dumpling and Chicken-Carrot Sui-Mai at the Dim Sum Station and Eggs Benedict and Gruyere Omelet at the Gourmet Egg Preparation Station with Live Croissant Baking, will add a different flavor to the entire experience. Artisanal Cheeses from France and Italy, and the Roasted Pork Belly, Meat Loaf with Prosciutto, Bacon Wrapped Sausages and Shepherd’s Pie at the Carving Station will tantalize your taste buds. The Guava-Chili-Tequila and Cranberry-Vodka sorbet at the Molecular Gastronomy Station will add a twist to this extravagant brunch. The desserts station will serve preparations like Orange Chocolate High, Whiskey Slice, Raspberry Mascarpone, Bread-Butter Pudding and the Praline Station will offer Lemon-Truffle, Frambosa, Croquentine and Guianduja that will serve as the perfect end to the eclectic brunch.
Families can have a great time together where the children will be entertained at an exclusive kid’s corner at Saffron which includes games, workshops and a separate kid’s menu along with nanny services.
