At your Service
Being a burger lover, I never miss on this on my visit to Pheonix. With the order in my hand, I moved to my table but was unable to find my Mom. While searching on her I dropped the Strawberry shake, of which I had no clue of. The courteous staff not cleared the mess in a minute but brought a new Strawberry Shake at my table with no faults of their. Now this is how you define service and being gracious to your customers. Salute! to your service, please keep it up.
one of my most visited restaurants
whenever we go to high street phoenix, this is the place we visit always...good n cheap food...the coke float (it's so innovative) being my favourite...sometimes we carry away our burger when we are in a hurry for shopping...the ambiance is not good n it is not a point to blame as it is one of the busiest places in phoenix...so all in all a recommended place
i am loving it
its best place to spend time with frnds... i love gng to mc donald with my frnds and its our favourite spot...after shoping for long hours we finally go to mcD to have yumiee meal... there is siting place specailly for couple i really loved that.. their service is just awesume.... and price as usual is affordable....
Mc Again :)
I like this Mc outlet the most-I have been to Fort, Mulund, Andheri, Thane, Bandra and all of them provide the same meals and same decor and everything, but I like this because it is closest to my place and the interior is roomy and spacious :) It also is one of the most crowded I have ever seen, not the least because of the ronald mcdonald's bench situated at the entrance where kids jump up and down on his lap and couples click photos :)
Phoenix Mills is full of eating options-but most of them are quite expensive. All the restaurants and eateries in Palledium are fine-dining ones, same is the case with the building in which PVR is situates. That leaves Skyzone which has a couple of options (Subway, Costa Coffee, cream center)or there is the stand-and-eat counter spread outside Big bazaar which is a hassle. And then there are Spaghetti kitchen, bombay blue, noodle bar, copper chimney, California Pizza kitchen in the courtyard which are again expensive. So Mc fills a very good void here by offering cheap (compared to others) and filling dishes quickly :)
Staff needs training...
This is a place/ franchisee which is always full...staff needs to be well-trained to handle large crowds...quickly deliver orders, manage the sauce...tissues, straws, etc. are always out of stock...u r made to wait for 2-3 minutes at the counter !!!
Very bad for a place like McDonald's at High Street Phoenix !!!
Great breakfast? I don't think so.
I'm not exactly the kinda person who worries about weight or the content of saturated fat. Mc D has been one of my favourite fast food joints. So when I see hoardings everywhere promoting the breakfast at Mc D, I simply had to try it. And did I like it? No!
Being the sausage lover that I am, I went for the Sausage Mc Muffin Meal that consists of a small burger with a sausage patty, coffee & hash brown. The sausage patty was a disaster! It was kinda sour & that totally ruined its taste. Whether it was turning rancid, I don't know but it was sour & unpalatable. The hash brown & coffee were decent but what about my sausage patty? :(
I won't discourage people from eating at Mc D. I like their other combos. B'fast here though might not be a great idea. & for those people who are watching their weight, cut down on the cold drinks..an occasional burger won't do much harm.
So we reached there in time (10:50ish) for the breakfast menu (which is from 8 am to 11 am). The person in front of us, was served breakfast, but we were refused, saying its now shut. We tried to argue with the manager saying, but we have been waiting in line, but the dumb idiotic manager just wouldnt listen.
We were so mad, that we walked off and swore never to eat at this McDonalds again!
Its the same all over the world
You either love it or hate it - but McDonald's is the same place no matter where you go. From London to New York to Mumbai they all look the same, smell the same and serve the same food (with minor cultural changes). McDonalds at Pheonix Mills is no different. The same spotty adolescents that serve you in the UK or America man the tills - its just here you can order a McTika Aloo instead of a Big Mac.
The food is cheap, hot and a good stop gap. But if you value your waistline or your heart take care not too eat here too much. The food is packed with calories and saturated fat.
On the odd occasion, after a nig night out however, I will confess to craving the kind of stodge you get here - I just don't admit it to anyone!
