Mostly Grills at The Orchid is organizing a sizzlers festival. The menu also recommends bevy of international beers which are paired with the sizzlers. The fest provides an opportunity for those looking for succulent and tender vegetarian and non vegetarian sizzlers. The executive chef has prepared a menu which offers vegetarians choices such as Oriental Grilled Tepanyaki Vegggie which goes well with Asahi beer, Austrian cottage cheese Pepperonata (char grilled cottage cheese bitoks, served with crispy onion rings and grilled pepper and mushroom recommended beer Hoeggarden), Sunehri Mushroom farci (Button Mushroom stuffed with spiced Spinach and potato, cooked in clay oven and served with garlic chutney with 1906 Reserve beer), Canadian sizzling vegetable steak with barbeque sauce and Carlsberg beer.
The non vegetarians can feast on American Meat On Grill (assortment of lamb chop, chicken breast, sausages and prawn served with Madeira sauce and Budweiser Magnum beer), Tex Mex fusion (Julienne of Chicken and prawns infused with secret sauce served with spaghetti of vegetables with Corona beer), Indian Chicken Chop Kebab (Aromatized chicken drumstick in Indian spices served with Chutney/ cocktail sauce with Stella), MG’s Sizzler (Chicken breast stuffed with selected cream Cheese and mint, cooked in Clay oven served with schezwan cream sauce with Heineken beer), German style Braised Beef Printaniere (Slow cooked beef tossed with exotic vegetable and infused with Mushroom jus, Schneider Weisse beer) Australian Sous vide Chicken (Chicken breast served with pellets of vegetable in smoked tomato pepper coulis with Fosters).
Once you have polish off the sizzlers you can opt for desserts such as Orchid Brownie on sizzlers (A rich nut brownie coated with chocolate truffle, served with vanilla ice-cream), Tequila and Lemon Mousse) lightly flavored tequila and lemon mousse served with berry compote). All sizzlers served with your choice of French fries/Potato wedges/Jacket potato/steamed rice /Noodles.
