very bad service
Never had the dine in option so cannot comment on it. However the home delivery option is very pathetic.
I ordered over the phone and specifically enquired about the delivery time. I was assured that the order will reach in 35 minutes. I also told the person that if its going to take more time, I would prefer not ordering as I had guests who had to leave on time. Then after assuring a maximum delivery time of 35 minutes, I placed the order. Several followup/inquiry calls later, the order reached my house after 10 pm, the time by which my guests had already left. All that the pronto person had to offer was a lame "sorry".
I understand delays in delivery, however when specifically told about the delivery time, this service was not expected from a food chain like Pronto.
Eating out of Box
They offer a meal package inclusive of a combination of soup, a pasta/noodle, sauce and a dessert shot. This place is often frequented by corporate people during their lunch breaks. It’s a perfect meal when you are home alone with an empty fridge. We recommend you try their Gnocchi – soft and flavorful, with a choice of sauce. And we bet it spicy flavors will trick your tongue. It’s a pocket friendly joint promoting the concept of eating out of the box.
Having passed by this place a number of times , I decided to order some pasta home this Friday. This place has the concept of "Male your own Pasta" where you are expected to chose your own pasta , sauces and ingredients. After placing my entire order , the guy on the announced that the system didn't save my order and that I will have to repeat the order. Though mildly irritated I decided to go through the whole process and the guy on the phone promised that my order will be delivered in 30-45 mins. When I didnt not hear back from them in more than an hour , I decided to follow up. The same guy picked the phone and told me that my order wasn't registered or something like that which made no sense. He then changed his mind and told me that the order is ready but they didn't have any one to deliver it and promised me that it will be delivered in 10 mins. Those 10 mins never came. I did a couple more follow up calls but the food never turned up neither did an apology or an explanation from the restaurant on why they never delivered the food. . A very disappointing and unprofessional experience from this place.
For some yummy food!
This is mostly a takeaway place for the most awesome pasta and noodles. I love the way they package their food. They give a good quantity too! I like the blue sporks that they give with the food....Goes with the look.
All in all, a good place to eat at. Slurp-inducing food.
Never had such tasty pasta!
I used to pass by this area many times and this new restaurant that has opened up here. Entered the place and was mesmerized by the smell of pasta. As soon as i saw the menu card, i could get it that this is new and unique. Tried it out and I was surprised by the taste. Really well cooked pasta and mixed well with the ingredients. The best part is that its not that expensive. 1 full box can fill a person's stomach and at a reasonable price. Why not! If you get bored of having same old home food and want change, don't forget to visit this place. This will cheer you up and tingle your taste buds!! Really nice place and I hope it stays there for a long time!!
Just love it!
Whenever my taste-buds have cravings for pasta, this is the place I look for. It's more of take-away and fresh food is served. A little bit expensive- not too much though. They would modify your pasta to suit the Indian taste buds which I was apprehensive about in the beginning, but loved it.
Most delicious and affordable Pasta place!
A friend of mine mentioned about Pronto Pasta & Noodles to me and I was wondering if its the same Pronto (ones in Bandra & Tardeo). Checked zomato and realized its different altogether.
To begin with its a small place. Rather I'd say just a kitchen and order/payment counter. They have more of take-away's. If you still insist on eating there, they have covered up the space outside the store with proper sheds and arranged a couple of chairs.
A very unique set-up I must say. You get to prepare your own pasta and noodles. You are given options of pastas (penne/spaghetti/fettuccine/macaroni) and same with noodles. Then you get a list of options for your sauce (about 8-10). Finally you get to choose your toppings (veg/non-veg). Every option is priced differently, so you know how much you pay for what!
I packed Fettuccine with 3 sauces and topped it with red and yellow bell peppers and cheddar cheese. It tasted yum and much better than some big pasta places that claim to serve the best pasta and dig a deep hole in your pocket. The take-away and serving containers are the same and they are amazing. I loved the whole concept.
Very affordable! For MY created pasta I shelled out a 110 bucks only! Soooperr!
