Superb Veg Food
Shreeji is perfect for vegetarian food.
This is one of the veg restaurants I frequently visit.
Though all the dishes are quite worth trying, I will give special mention to somem dishes of this restaurant, namely,
Paneer manchurian, paneer crispy for starters.
Paneer manchurian was firm. Crispy is as tasty as eating chicken. :p
Veg tikka gravy is also another dish which is worth trying..it is made up of mix veggies in a spicy gravy.
Kashmiri pulav is bit sweet yet tasty..and paneer rice is tossed with garlic and a bit of spicy sauce.
Good place, awesome food!
old staple. tried and true.
barefooted boys scurrying back and forth to serve up the uttapam, dosa, and idli. one table filled with punjabi plates. the next with south indian fare. smiling lads waiting at attention, all around. you pay next to nothing. you leave having eaten the best vegetarian food. i love this place.
what it is not: experimental, creative, expensive, fashionable...
god made paradise when he invented shreejee's. :0D i have informed my wife as of 2009 that i plan to leave her and live in shreejee's. date to be announced. :0P
Trully Veg Wonder

Things which are great:
- Paneer Burji
- Paratha (Wheat, ask for well done, kadak)
- Palak Soup - Healthy bhi taste bhi
- Paneer Kadai
- Pav Bhaji (trust me i never eat pav bhaji anywhere, except this place)
- Masala Pav
- Paneer Pav Bhaji
- Cheese Pizza
- Cheese Toast
- Coleslaw (Crazy Quantity)
- Dal Tadka
- DOSA, even better that others in the area (high point was one of the best places, but last 3 years its quality has become really bad - was it the renovation ?)
Yes I think the list could go endlesss....hope for this place never looses quality...
Started small, expanded, caters to almost entire oshiwara belt. His south indian has a tinge of gujju sweetness but chana masala, paneer masala & other punjabi stuff is great.
Delivers piping hot & always friend anna's around...even with the owner a gujju.
Remember you can never run a restaurant without a manager or waiter who is a shetty, malyalee because manpower supply becomes a problem.
