Great Wine & Dine
The magnificently built 5 star hotel is a sheer example of splendid architecture and beauty. Situated on the costs of Juhu beach, the hotel offers to you affluent venues for a pool side party or musical dinner in their marvelous Guzzel room. Be it any menu, they provide you with whatever you desire to have and their service always carries a tag of Excellency. My experience in this highly priced hotel was extremely pleasing. The hotel; clad with impressive ambiance all over, is a great place for a grand wine and dine.
The night club i'd say is one of the few best in town. It's a task to get an entry there in the first place. And even if you manage to, there's an entry fee you'd land up paying. The DJ there spins some great tracks you wouldn't be disappointed with. There's an area for you to sit and sip on your drink which is more often than not reserved. The place is packed and gets even more so late in the night with absolutely no place for you to even walk about. You'd very often see television stars, models etc. hanging out there with their friends.
hi class club
Was there last wenesday . though there was less crowded but whatever was there was CLASS ,
ambience was good . dj dash and swap played good music.
beer was rs 400/- but for the place worth it.
i have heard of a lot of bad things of the bouncers and the woman who chooses her crowd on the guest list . but believe me I didn't face or see any of that happening.
staff was good. and they also give you a days drinking permit when you enter.
will be back this saturday to see a full house
Stylish, suave & sexy. One of Mumbai's hottest night spots. Good music, great lighting and a perfect venue for a crazy party. The entry fee is Rs 1000 per head on weekends. Also note that food/drinks are rather steep. If you're in the mood to put on those dancing shoes and let you hair down then head to Trilogy. You will just love this place.

We were visiting Mumbai and were looking forward to have a good time at the clubs. When we got to Trilogy we were greeted by the most arrogant and obnoxious security people who treat you like dirt on the floor. To top it all the place was completely empty at 12 midnight and the waiters refused to give us a table even for a little while cause apparently all the tables were book. The manager took 20 mins to attend to us and when he did we realized who trained everyone there to be arrogant. He absolutely had no manners and does not have any training as to how to behave in the hospitality business. Totally not worth even considering going to a stuck up shit hole like Trilogy.
All in all, a good experience.
I was here on a saturday with 2 of my friends & while i was waiting for them near the lift there was this security person, she was like step down, don't stand in the middle, when i got down, she's like why are you standing here? go out in the parking lot or go back to the hotel, waiting is not allowed & all i waited was for 3 DAMN MINS. :/ Was she retarded? or was she drunk/on drugs? plus it wasn't crowded AT ALL so i don't know why she had to blabber. This really irritated me & i wanted to back answer but then they have the authority, so i ignored what she said.
Anyway, coming back to TRILOGY. it is amazing, good crowd, very expensive but kind of worth it. 2000 bucks for like 3 shots, 1 cocktail and french fries, hah! Would love to visit again. :)
Great Music, Good crowd
I went to Trilogy with a bunch of my friends last Saturday night. The place was packed with a lot of classy people unlike the ones you find in other teen-frequented clubs. The DJ played a good mix of commercial music and the Jägerbombs were excellent. This is one place I'm definitely going to visit again.
Stags blocked, only stags inside, ha ha ha
You know most pathetic thing about this place is they have high attitude at the door "Stags not allowed". The decision is normally made by a pathetic foreign lady normally near the entrance not directly visible. Bouncers have to simply do what she says. We three guys struggled, begged and finally got in. And guess what we found. 75% stags..25% girls. We not only cursed ourselves badly but realized we were totally fooled by the lady.
Also, after traveling all over the world, Mumbai seems to be the only place where single guys are not allowed, but single girls are. Abroad, if single guys not, then even girls not. There is no discrimination between guys and girls. Apart from that, this place also discriminates colored people like Indians. White skin singles welcomed, Indians have to struggle and treated like dogs.
After looking at the place, paying 1000 just to get in is not worth it. They should convert to cover. This place is not as hi-fi as Ibiza or San Diego posh nightclubs.
Don't spoil your weekend!!
Totally agree with what others said and plus my personal experience, i say dont go to this place if you dont want to spoil your weekend...
i was on a guest list and confirmed the same half an hour before reaching the place, but me and my 7 friends were not allowed to enter, saying the doors are shut and they cannot accomodate any more people...even on guest list
While they were saying this i saw a couple paying 5000 f@#$%^g bucks and entered inside! Lol....
Well we just straight went to china house, atleast the staff treat you like a human being out there....
and i dont wanna click on anystar.... unfortunately u cant post a review without giving one, so here is my one star! take it and enjoy!
Arrogant and awfull first experience
All the reviews are damm right for awfull experiences. I just experienced the same and dont know what they are speaking. called at 2 and 2.30 they said call at 330 as it opens that time. when i call at 330 they said the gate manager takes a call if you can come in or not. If you are a gate managers friend you are lucky...... No clue what they are speaking. ....
TRI LOGY - Try some logic
Last weekend i took my friend from bangkok to trilogy. I had read these reviews below and to ensure nothing goes wrong i called them in the morning to check the entry and other things. I was told the entry is Rs1000 per couple, no cover open till 3am. So a group of 9 land at trilogy at 11pm. The entry is barred and the irritatingly bulky bouncers said 'we could enter either on a guest list or table booking'. We were not allowed inside. I have never been more embarassed before in my life than this. What annoyed me was when i called them in the morning as an ignorant customer, i should've been informed about these pre-conditions. Why was i told there is an entry of Rs 1000? Why was i not informed about the guestlist or asked for a table reservation upon enquiry? Which high horse does the management ride? Not that trilogy is the best around because it looks awesome inside. The reviews below are a hundred percent true ... and i swear never to go to trilogy ever not because i was humiliated but because i am so sure had we offered money in cash they would've let us in. Sad our entire weekend was ruined coz we landed in Enigma eventually!
Arrogant, Rude, Racist & Unfair Practices
First of all, I wish there was an option of negative stars ... i would have rated -5 stars ...
One of the worst experiance I have ever had in mumbai .. i feel this place should be shut by shiv sena for them being racist as for being in favor of white skin ppl ... I hope somebody from shiv sena is readin this review ...
So, this is how it began ... called like a zillion times on saturday mng to get a table or so at this place being a birthday occasssion ... no one bothers to take the resposibility to answer the call till like 3pm and then i get a return call from a lady names 'Fatima' as to y i was callin ... when i said we're comin from town to celebrate a birthday out there and wanted to confirm our entry .. she replies sayin that the door manager will take a call when they see u in person .. Whats kinda f**kin reply is this .. what is the freakin door manager chk out .. the brands we are carryin on us ... ridiculous ... then this Fatima lady says that if ur so concerned of makin ur entry sure that ur comin from town "THEN PLEASE DON'T COME!" ... I was like wat the F**k is this lady sayin .. and she is like she means it ... and then she is like this place is only for owners guests ... then y is this place first of all commercial and public ... y doesnt it put up sayin that its only for owners private parties ...
then eventually i got hold on someone else whose name i can't recollect and that guy was like the place is open for public and u can get there and entry wont be an issue ... i gues his name was 'Rajesh' ... so we plan to go there and on reachin there the guys at the door .. so called bouncers and some irish lookin guy and guy like lady named 'Natasha' behavin as if they handling some zillion dollar corporate biggy's empire behave as if they dont give a rats ass for anybody who is there other than firangi's and ppl on the guest list .. which had guests lists under the name of Neha Gundecha, Ryan Tham, Keanan Tham, Natasha, Fredrik and other .. not only that they allowed only these ppl who were on the guests list but they also started chargin them as per their will .. like i saw they were chargin 2 ppl on 1 guest list for Rs. 5000 and 4 ppl on another guest list @ Rs. 4000 ... is that a fair practice .. anyways its too much to expect these ppl to be fair .... and then they were like no entry for public even after they're ready to pay ... we're were like we have called and come from town, etc but they behaved as if they didnt care and started lookin at the f**kin sky as if they finding their ass's up there being whipped by some white mofo's
Eventually we left and went to much better place .. jst that this place ruined our mood for the eve in the begining ...
All in all a complete zero for the place .. would really request ppl to stop goin their .. boycot this place and would request shiv sena for shutting it down as for being racist ... rudest ppl on the face of the planet earth .. these ppl wanna be american's .. dont know that americans are much more sophisticated than these rude wannabe's ... i have jst controlled my language being a social website else would ahve used the worst language poss to describe the ppl at Trilogy ..
Shut it down ... u loosers !!!
'mission impossible part 5' to get in on saturday.
went on sat at 10pm as 1 couple.guys refused entry.i was ready to pay cover of rs 1000 per head.'politely' told us to leave.this attitude puts all lounges like china house, aer, blue frog, valhalla, shiro, aurus to shame!!!!!!other lounges need to take 'attitude' lessons from these guys.they are 'unbeatable' in 'exclusivity'.felt like i was living in british raj.lol!!!dogs and people not on 'guest list' not allowed.raj thakeray should be called to do dharna here.'tham go back' to wherever you have come from just like they had 'simon go back' in the 1930's.this is ridiculous in the 21st century in free india.need to have police van and dcp of police with proper 'danda' to beat the bouncers to get in on sat night!!!!!
Awful is an understatement...
Well, I went to this place on 25th Feb after calling them to inquire about the rates and bookings. So I reach this place by 1015pm we were about 4 couples, the place was absolutely empty with no one except 12 bouncers who think no end of themselves. We were contemplating whether to enter this place. So after ten minutes we decided to enter and then some Russian chick at the front desk pops ups, checks us out from top to bottom and then says sorry our guest list is full we are completely full at this moment. Common guys no one even entered the place in the last ten minutes!!!!
Well if this is the attitude which they follow they should might as well mention that the serve only A list people and celebs, and anything below that would result in you staying out of the club! This Bu@#s^t attitude is not acceptable at all. I hope the bloddy management cares to read this review at all and come up with a suitable explanation to this.
From very reliable sources the same night one of my colleague manage to enter the club at 1215 am and I was surprised to know that there were only 40 people inside!! Is this what they called SOLD OUT!!
I have decided to boycott this pace for good, cause bro you may be the most coveted club in town but that definately does not give you to damn right to treat your guests the way you do...
The Reputation Precedes the Music
We were here last Saturday night and being simple people from the suburbs were a lil jittery about being 'allowed' inside .... especially when the place has a 'guest list' and the 'door manager' (never knew a word like that existed) had the final say on whether we smelled good enough to be let inside this hallowed space.
Got there early to give them lesser reason to say 'No' and happened to be the first people to arrive for the night (at 10pm). So we went to the coffee shop and munched on sandwiches & the like to while away some time before Natasha (she's the door manager I am told) came in.
Anyways, some nice cheese toast, club sandwiches & fish N chips later we got back to the little line that had formed by now and the first thing the pseudo-door manager said was 'Sorry, No'. Luckily, one of the bouncers who had initially met us put in a word for us and the guy let us in with a discount. 2guys + 2women (4000 minus Rs.1000 = Rs.3000 & thats a charge; Not a cover).... We Were In!
So when we walked in, we realised that we were the 4th/5th/6th/7th people at Trilogy that night. We laughed/We grumbled/And since there was so much space and the music was just being played, we actually stood in their smoking section watching a wedding reception by the pool.
30minutes later, the people started pouring in, the VIP sections started getting filled, the tables had people coming over (Its Rs.25,000 for 10people and thats a cover), the music started picking its pace and there were people on the floor... Lots of people.... By 1230 it was packed and the music was getting much better.... songs replacing pure music and the crowd really vibing. Lots of nice women dressed very 'nicely' :-) & the like....The famed LED lighted ceiling cubes were giving the whole place a surreal charm and so did the fancy rings of lights that went around every champagne bottle as it travelled from the bar to the tables (Remember, 25,000?)
Alcohol's priced between 250 bucks for a beer to about 600bucks for some good cocktails. 9 drinks between the 4 of us, eats at the coffee shop below worth 1k, an entrance charge of 3k and we had washed some 8k for the night.
We left at 1:45am.... the club was still pulsing, there was a Mount Mary Fair type crowd inside on both levels, there were cute things and their boyfriends negotiating at the entrance below, and the Sea Princess foyer looked like a posh-car showroom with Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Rangerovers & Mercedes sports cars.
All in all, an experience - 360degrees i must say....
1) Figure a way to get in. I dont know if there is an easier way (or all this is pure hype). We saw a couple who didnt get through
2) The road outside Sea Princess is a traffic-cops nightmare... So use a Taxi if you dont wanna crawl on Juhu Road as well as on the way out, if sozzled, to jail.
3) The music is good, the later the better (Heard they are open till 3:30am)
4) Its gets very very crowded. So unless you are at the bar, there is now way you are going to be able to order food and eat it too. So you can get there early, get stamped and go out to grab a munch
5) Lastly, as was our plan B, If they say NO at the gate, dont sweat, head straight to the China House Lounge at the Grand Hyatt (2000 bucks a couple, no entry list & thats a cover)
Why the Fuss ??
Went in the month of its opening and it was insane. Entry usually shuts by 11 whether you are on the guest list or not. Even being on the guest list the process if getting inside is soo chaotic that by the time you reach inside you are in no mood to party. They check IDs of all the people against the guest list so you can imagine how long it takes. Unfortunately that night the music was also very blah so we left in an hour.
The interiors were very nicely done and I'm hoping the rush reduces before giving it another shot.
g 8 bar staff
iwas lucky as i got entry as u have to b carry ur luck 4 entry in trilogy . drinks are over priced but taste good .even they have quality staff like manohar rawal which makes this place superb.we didnt order any thing to eat.but cocktails are great .i wll recomende to my friends for trilogy
Good Night Out!
Ended up at this place on a Saturday night with bunch of friends who were very keen to dance that night. At 11:30PM they were not allowing people inside as apparently only "people who booked tables" could go first & the floor was full. I pulled a few strings and managed to get myself and my friends in only to realize that the place was empty inside.... 30 minutes later I guess everyone waiting outside was allowed in.....duhhh!! why the drama???
The place is well done, music was fantastic (2 thumbs up to the DJ), drinks were expensive (a glass of long island is about a 1000 bucks and it wasnt that great). Crowd was a mix; filmis, die hard party animals & rich sophisticated ones; got to be little cautious as things may get ugly after 1:30AM crowd drops in. We witnessed 3 fights that night & it kinda puts you off.
Overall a good place; is open until 3AM.....so party hard but watch your drinks, its not a place where you wanna let go!
dj playlist - thumbs up!
i visited this place on a typical Saturday night.
the likes- ambiance, massive 2 storeyed space and the awesome hip hop/trance music list.
dislikes- serpentine queues for entry and parking( a good 40 mins was spent before entry and after wind up another 35 mins, highly priced drinks. Rs 600 for a cocktail.
go there when u feel fairly rich and dont mind dressing up to the hilt for the night.if you are lucky u might spot tonnes of starlets too.
Whats with the attitude??
Alright so we all know that every few months a new club opens up in the city & for the first month (atleast) it becomes 'the' nightspot. So are the blessed days of this newly opened club/lounge on the same strip as Aurus, Vie.. now Trilogy thats located inside the Sea Princess Hotel.
So we hit this place on a Wed night with a few couples. While the rest of our gang was enroute, I reached up to the entry gate of Trilogy and asked this lady on how much the entry is for 3 couples. This lady with a Russian accent replies back stating that he will tell me how much the entry is once she sees our whole group - and she said that with a not so very polite smile. I bluntly asked her if she is going to decide how much the entry is based on how each of us cumulatively look? And she said Yes!! As much as i was pleased at her honesty and as much as i know the 'rules' they maintain to keep thier brand classy - this was so not welcoming.
Anyways, thank god we 'looked good' accorindgly to the lady as a group and she let us in without an entry being a week night. The club has got a couple of layers with the lounge being completely empty the dance deck was filling up. The crowd waas good - thanks to the scrutiny lady. The place pretty well done, i really liked the led lights on the ceiling - something different. The music was very nice too. However, when i went up to the bar for the menu they said they dont have a menu yet! Why are you guys opened then?? The bartender too struck the same attitude cord of the scrutiny lady and was very unwelcoming. I dont expect them to jump off the bar and gimme a hug but atleast a smile when ur handing me a drink doesnt cost a fortune! And while we taking about fortune - drinks are expensive. About 650 bucks for a cocktail and 300 for a pint of beer. When i wanted to close my tab, i stood by the bar for 10 mins before getting me to sign when they had already swiped it with a reciept the first time i asked them - and believe me this was the least busiest night they could have had.
All in all, not a bad place to be but the attitude of the staff was a stinker. Dont they know that this attitude will melt down 3 months down the lane - atleast i do :)
World class service that they never had...
What a decor !... the ambience is spot on - right from the elevator that takes you to the lounge. Wooden artifacts, dark lightning, vip tables, smoking zones - its all there.. BUT not satisfied with the service. confused staff.. not knowing your own menu is not a pardonable offence... that spoiled the whole experience... But would love to visit again in a few months.
