Basil is the all-new Continental restaurant opened inside the Country Inn & Suites at Egmore. Being a typical star hotel, the place is well-lit, decorated and inviting to anyone who is looking to have a wonderful evening & dinner.
The good news is that the place is not as expensive as one would presume. They serve a non-vegetarian lunch and dinner buffet at a nominal price and also have a-la-carte choices for the veggies. An average meal for two at around 700 bucks for a continental buffet at a business-class fine-dining restaurant doesn't sound all that astonishing. Give it a try and let fellow burrpers know if it's really worth a visit
