ONE OF THE GREATEST OUTDOOR SEATING RESTURANT IN BANER
If you are visiting the restaurant for the first time and you do not want to take a risk then order a Paneer Amritsari or Lababdar. It is a bit costly but it is the best dish on the menu. I made this conclusion after eight visits. The waiters need to be more attentive and if they wear Punjabi dresses then I would give more stars to the restaurant.
Please Do Not Go!!
Been here last week, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the dining area..... We had gone there for the first time, so we did not know the case that happened at this restaurant, where the management was nabbed for serving illegal stuff.
The food did not taste that great either, No value for money, we do not recommend.
Tried their Butter Chicken Yet
This place is located a lot inside towards the Pimpale Saudagar area, though it is difficult to find, It makes it upto you by offering some of the most amazing 'dhabe ka khana' in fine dining style (almost)..... We tried their butter chicken and it tasted quite amazing. Though I thought the place is very beautiful but yet there were a few mosquitoes around which were hampering the experience. In all an average experience owing to all the factors above.
Not a great experience
Having heard about this place from couple of friends thought to have a lunch, it was a Saturday and we reached by 1 pm or so, was surprised being a weekend and in a place like pimple saudagar it was mostly empty, that though is surely not a barometer for overall feedback. The overall ambiance was good and maintained well, theme goes well and is kept nicely
Hailing from North we were expecting the food to be very typical North style but it was no where near, chole/kulche was sweet with too much of tomato, paneer was no where near the typically North indian taste, Lassi in coconut was saving grace and something new, overall not a great experience considering a typical punjabi joint, guess need for them to work more as rest all is in place and concept of dhaba inside city limits is a good crowd puller
Different and Delicious
I had a good report of the place and the name was intriguing, so decided on a long drive to the place, one weekend. The ambiance is of a 'dhaba' and it is very colorful and eye pleasing. Lot of items on the menu with different names and to taste them all you need to visit at least 4-5 times. We ordered different parathas to have variety but they tasted almost the same. The chicken, vegetables and dal were very tasty. We ordered the lassi as a dessert but it was too thick and sweet. We have definitely tasted better lassi elsewhere. The children had the "coconut mein lassi" ! It was a novelty but could not be finished by one person. The let downs were the mosquitoes and poor condition of the menu cards!
Only for the glassy..the classy, please avoid
I stay right next to Tim Luck Luck in Park Royale and had been a patron of this place since its inception. The ambiance was welcoming, customer service was warm and the food delicious. All this was some months back.
But, when I went today for dinner after a couple of months, I was appalled and dismayed to experience the depths to which this place has fallen.
1. Me and my wife had to go around the place and were directed to sit on broken chairs in a pool of water. After a stern comment was when they gave us a proper table.
2. The noise from the singers (pun not intended) was jarring and extremely loud. It was the most annoying conversation killer that I have experienced in recent times. I saw many customers with fingers in their ears.
3. The service was pathetic to say the least. There was no one to attend to the table. Things never came on time.
4. The food was burnt and cold. I saw many people arguing with the waiters and returning what they had ordered. Seemed like a consistent phenomenon.
5. The mosquitoes take the cake (quite literally) . This place was infested with them
We quickly wrapped up our evening, immediately after the starters and decided to drive to another place near by.
Tim Luck Luck is definitely not for the regular people who want to enjoy a nice evening.
one advice for you.. customer se hi currency aathi hai..

Dear Mr Thomas,
Let me begin by apologising for not delivering a good experience to you as you expected and rightfully deserved.
Now please allow us to explain about some of the points above.
There was a heavy waiting in the restaurant and hence you were allotted an empty table after you were asked if you would be comfortable there and hence you were directed there. A sudden problem with some leakage arose which really can't be anticipated, I'm sure somebody as well informed as yourself can understand that.
Regarding the mosquit
Rude, Arrogant, Unapologetic, Bad service/bad food
Following were the key disappointments amongst many :-
(i) No guarantee that you will get a table/ place even after making a prior appointment. Manager may appoint your place to someone else and someone else's place to you, right in front of you.
(ii) Zero courtesy, towards even ladies. Forget any courtesy to pregnant ladies.
(iii) Its a madhouse. You will not even be served water unless you catch hold of the waiter yourself.
(iv) Many chances of mixing up of orders.
(v) Waiters do not respond or come check up on you.
(vi) Managers are extremely rude. No apologies for goof ups. "Athiti Devo Bhava" is a lost concept here. Expect to be spoken back to in a high pitched, arrogant voice, if you get agitated over the bad service standards.
(vii) Poor food quality. Veg starters were a non-starter.
Many more points, but these should be enough. I write this not only to express disappointment but also to apprise the readers, that expect all of the above if you wish to visit this place. Appended below is the detailed account of our visit.
We had a very unpleasant experience at Tim Luck Luck recently . We were there, after having made reservations for a group of nine to celebrate a friend's birthday. We drove for 35 Kms, in heavy traffic expecting a warm welcome and some good times ahead of us. Much to our dismay, the owner had allotted our place to someone else because we were a good 10 min late. He did not bother to make a courtesy call to check up on our arrival time. Something I had experienced at Magnolia, where the Manager called me when I was running late and kept my table which was really nice of him. So, we were at Tim Luck Luck, and were told that there wasn't any table/place in spite of having made an early reservation. We had a lady who was carrying and in her 7th month. No courtesy was accorded and we were asked to wait; indefinitely. Finally, after about 45 minutes, the owner pointed to one of the places, which was a cot. Strangely, in 5 min, another family got there before us and we saw the owner placing a couple of chairs for them!!! On being asked that he had just told us that the cot was for us, he shrugged his shoulders, and said , I will have another one for you. Another 20 min of agonising wait, and we got finally got a place. Supposedly, he had promised it to someone else as well. We saw them arguing with him. Felt guilty too.
The wait just kept getting longer and longer from here. Nobody came to take orders. So when we did catch up with the owner/ manager, he said in as many words.." I gave you a place, eat if you want to or leave". Tempers flaring, we were about to leave, when he came and apologised for his behaviour. To no avail!! No waiter/ steward showed up till about 20 min. We finally placed our orders and got our starters by 2230 hours. No water was served till then. Let me repeat, I could not find an iota of courtesy in any of the restaurant personnel. It was really hard to get the waiters' attention. When we did catch hold of a waiter (please note: CATCH HOLD, yes, you have to go and get him), he promised that order would be there in five mins. and vanish. At 2345 hours, we decided we've had enough and spoke to the manager/ owner, that we were extremely unhappy and would like to pay for the starters and leave. Least bothered and the least bit apologetic that nothing was served for a good hour and half, he was downright rude with us. That was it for us. It was an evening ruined. We left the place at 0000 hours and thought of having dinner elsewhere. Unfortunately nothing was open till then. Drove back for the 35 Kms and reached our homes at 0130 hours. My advise: Keep away from this place! You will find rudeness, arrogance and zero courtesy in abundance here. No gentleman would tolerate this.
Dont go here
Yesterday we visit to this place for one our friend birthday bash. Really nice ambiance and damn good live music. But service spoiled our whole b'day celebration evening. We went there in group of 12ppl so booked larger area. It was known that there are more ppl they could have arranged some extra small chairs which similarly arranged for other group near by. We have to sit in xtream congestion.
We want to order starter, but wait where was caption. After shouting for long; finally caption came and hand over menu and tablet and ran away. Even table was with low battery so whats the use. Even didn't took our order for masala papad and water on table. Again shouted a lot for caption again. This time we ordered 3 veg platter; those were ok which arrived after long wait. Even we want to ordered something different in starters, we asked for jalepeno mint panner. Caption said this dish is included in platter, but never found that; so we ordered tomato soup which was actually gud but served very late. Till this time water was not on our table gave reminder to caption about water.
This time I complied to caption about bad service hoping that they will not spoil our evening but suggestion was never considered. Since everything was served very late we thought to order main course early. We again started shouting for waiters. Ppl working here are too busy even can't see our waving hands even if they are standing ideal. Some how we were finally able to order our main course. Any with hard work, I need to tell him to clean table after we had done with starters and bring some water.
Finally, Finally, Finally water was on our table and after some time main course arrived. Waiter started serving without cleaning table. We need to him in strict word to keep meal aside and first clean table and then serve mean and also bring jug if you can't manage to serve water. Food was ok ok. We ordered something in kofta ,some panner and sarso ka sag and makke ki roti.
We need wait long for roti and no body came to us to ask for repeat order. We even ordered butter milk and lassi. Lassi was gud but butter milk sucks a lot. Who so every made that butter milk forgot to add salt in it.
Even we want to order rice and deserts at the end but this was more than enough for us. Some ppl were still waiting to order repeat roti but anyways everyone was pissed off with this place, we parcel what ever was left out and paid the left that place as early as possible.
Total bill was around 5100/- which come around 425/- per head with is toooo expensive for such pathetic service. I'm giving one start for ambience and live music and everything.
Fantastic place to be
This is absolutely fantastic place to have chilling feel.
my wife arrange my bday surprise party and it was 'Besakhi' on that day. There was fantastic dance program arranged.
all our guests were really impressed with the environment.
i stay in that area so i visit this place quite frequently.
I would like Tim Luck Luck management to consider keeping strong beer also there, as of now they only keep laser beer.
Tim Luck Luck
-Happened to know about this restaurant when i visited 11 East Street Cafe and since i love that place, it was essential for me to give this one a try. And it is fabulous... We were seated on the machaan (tree house) ordered for more than 5 kebabs (makhmali, chicken tipsy and some more). While sipping the mojitos we were enamoured by he size and vastness of this place. The service staff is eager to make you happy. the biryani was superb. all in all I would rate this as much as or probably a notch higher than even the mighty 11 East street cafe.
Not good enough for the taste period
Except the so called so sha from the east street neighbor(main branch) this place is nowhere near even decent dhabas on highway's.
Veg is not recommended here, paneer is hard and gravy too bland.Service takes long but ambience is okay.Go only if can ignore the bad food for the ambience and still pay top bucks for it

Appreciate your feedback.
We looked into the quality of the paneer which happened to be of substandard quality that night.
However, Id be obliged if you could help me with your contact no at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will surely get in touch with you.
Very spacious and bright were the first words which crossed my mind when I entered this place; which was a surprise considering the residential area surrounding it.
The liquor menu was quite extensive and it felt good, just that it was on the expensive side.
Then comes the food which was very satiating. Normally the paneer or chicken might be a turn-off if it isn't fresh; which was not the case here. Loved the patiala kukkad and dum mast aloo (recommended). Lassi was also nice.
Cons: Slow service; we have to keep reminding the staff that we exist.
The loud DJ was a turn-off and did not go with the ambiance. Karaoke or ghazals would have been a better choice (personal opinion).
In a nutshell - Go over there to have a good evening but remember to remind the staff that you exist.
the Real Dhaba
Often when one mentions dhaba, a dingy roadside type outlet comes to your mind with plastic chairs, stray dogs, sweaty waiters and dusty tables.... TIM LUCK LUCK takes the dhaba experience to a new level Not just a level,, it aces it!!. I was suggested this place by some friends and on our way to Pune we stopped here first, extremely hungry and in need of some alcohol. The size took us by surprise because this place is MASSIVE.. The little trucks at the entrance promised an experience of punjab.. We sat at the machaan- and from the kukkad tipsy to XXX kukkad to a cocktail named 'balle in america', everything left us wanting more... The place is way to reasonable for what it is offering. Coming from the guys behind 11 east street cafe (as i was told), they have taken it a notch higher...its a must vist if youre in pune even if it is at the cost of skipping your regular hangouts there.
